PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Dispatch Schedule

  • • Orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • • Orders must be placed by 9:00 PM to be dispatched the next working day.

Order Processing

  • • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • • Delivery typically takes 1–3 days, though this is not guaranteed.

Payment Requirements

  • • Ensure the correct payment amount is sent.
  • • Incorrect or underpaid amounts may delay or cancel your order.

Cryptocurrency Payments

  • • Do not send payments directly from cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase).
  • • Use an external wallet such as Trust Wallet, Exodus, or Cake to transfer funds to our designated wallet.

Order Tracking

  • • Tracking information is available via our Telegram bot.

Delivery Information

  • • Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed. Most deliveries arrive within 3 days.
  • • Delays may occur due to unscanned items, uncollected parcels from postboxes, or other external factors.

Product Substitutions

  • • If an item is out of stock, Direct Dank reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable product from the same price tier, particularly during peak times.

Returns and Refunds

  • • Direct Dank does not offer returns or refunds.

Reship Policy for Non-Delivered Orders

  • • For tracked parcels not scanned by the carrier within 14 business days from the dispatch date, customers are eligible for a 50% reship.
  • • No reship will be provided without a clear, continuous video showing the unboxing of the sealed parcel, including the contents and weight of products.

Delivery Address Responsibility

  • • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details.
  • • Direct Dank is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Disputes

  • • To resolve disputes regarding missing or underweight items, customers must provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process, showing the sealed parcel, contents, and product weights.
  • • Failure to provide this video will result in no reship or resolution.

Policy Enforcement

  • • Direct Dank reserves the right to blacklist any customer who does not adhere to these terms and policies.
